1. Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products (pharmacy items, skincare, and toiletries) and for health & safety reasons, we do not accept physical returns of any products once delivered. This includes:

Opened or unopened products

Medications (Paracetamol, Ibuprofen, etc.)

Skincare products (CeraVe, acne creams, sunscreen)

Toiletries (Dove body wash, soap bars, etc.)

Sexual health products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please see Section 2 below.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund under the following conditions:

3. Reshipment Policy
If your order is confirmed lost in transit, we offer:

One free reshipment per order (subject to product availability)

Reshipment will be sent to the same address unless you provide a corrected address
If the product is no longer available, we will issue a full refund instead.
4. Exclusions (No Refund or Reshipment)
Refunds or reshipments will not be provided in the following situations:

5. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued via your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
