1. Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products (pharmacy items, skincare, and toiletries) and for health & safety reasons, we do not accept physical returns of any products once delivered. This includes:

  • Opened or unopened products

  • Medications (Paracetamol, Ibuprofen, etc.)

  • Skincare products (CeraVe, acne creams, sunscreen)

  • Toiletries (Dove body wash, soap bars, etc.)

  • Sexual health products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please see Section 2 below.


2. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund under the following conditions:

Wrong item received ✅ Full refund or reshipment
Package lost in transit (verified by shipping carrier) ✅ Full refund or one free reshipment
Package not delivered on time (significant delay) ⚠️ Partial refund or reshipment (case by case)
Package seized by customs ❌ Not eligible (see Section 4)

To request a refund, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date). Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Description of the problem

  • Photos of damaged or incorrect items (if applicable)

  • Any tracking information


3. Reshipment Policy

If your order is confirmed lost in transit, we offer:

  • One free reshipment per order (subject to product availability)

  • Reshipment will be sent to the same address unless you provide a corrected address

If the product is no longer available, we will issue a full refund instead.


4. Exclusions (No Refund or Reshipment)

Refunds or reshipments will not be provided in the following situations:

Product was opened, used, or tampered with Health & safety reasons
Issue reported more than 48 hours after delivery We cannot verify the condition
Package seized by customs This is beyond our control
Customer changed their mind We do not accept change-of-mind returns
Delivery delayed but eventually arrived No refund for minor delays

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued via your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days after refund approval

  • The refund may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider

7. Shipping Insurance (Optional)
